European capital. Local execution.
HausHacks Real Estate acquires and improves multifamily and commercial properties across the Southeast US. Invest with us for a fixed return or alongside us as a partner.
Two ways to invest with us.
Fixed return
Provide capital for a specific property over an agreed term and receive a fixed, pre-agreed interest rate, typically secured by the real estate.
A fit if you want predictable interest income and a clear term rather than a share of the upside.
Partnership
Invest as a co-owner in a specific deal and share pro rata in cash flow and in the upside at sale.
A fit if you want to participate as an owner. You invest side by side with us, because we invest our own capital in every deal.
Which option fits you?
That depends on where you live, your investor status and the specific deal. We discuss this in a direct, no-obligation 30-minute conversation, in English or German.
This is not an offer to sell securities. All investments involve risk, including the loss of principal.

Why the US? An honest comparison.
I own condos in Germany and apartment communities in the US. Both have their place. These eight differences make the US market especially interesting for European investors:
Growing markets
According to the US Census, South Carolina was the fastest-growing state in 2025. More residents mean more renters.
Less capital lost at closing
South Carolina charges only a small transfer tax on a purchase. More of your capital goes to work in the property.
Market rents, not caps
South and North Carolina do not allow rent control. Leases usually run 12 months and are adjusted to market.
Value through operations
Apartment communities are valued on net operating income. Every lasting operational improvement directly increases value.
Faster depreciation
Residential buildings depreciate much faster in the US, which lowers taxable rental income in the US.
Landlord-friendly rules
Clear, fast procedures for non-payment. One problem lease does not block your returns for years.
One roof, many units
Instead of individual condos, one property with 20 to 50 units. A single vacancy affects only a small share of rent.
A second currency, a second market
Real assets in US dollars complement a euro portfolio and reduce dependence on a single market.
USD/EUR currency risk, higher property taxes and insurance, shorter fixed-rate periods (usually 5–10 years), a US tax return and a different legal system. None of this is trivial, which is why we discuss it openly in every conversation.

What we buy and how we operate.
Assets
Multifamily and commercial properties. Our focus today is apartment communities with 10 to 50 units.
Condition
Stabilized or 60 to 70 percent occupied, with light to moderate value-add. No ground-up development or full repositions.
Markets
Growing markets across the Southeast US. Today we operate in North and South Carolina.
Operations
Professional third-party property management, with disciplined asset management and clear reporting to our partners.
German roots, Southeast operations.
I moved from Germany to the US in 2013, studied business and earned an MBA with a concentration in finance. I have been investing in real estate myself since 2019.
At a real estate company with roughly $1 billion in properties under management, I was responsible for the portfolio as asset manager. That is where I learned how large portfolios are run professionally: numbers, property management, capital projects and reporting to owners.
HausHacks Real Estate combines both: entrepreneurial ambition and German conservatism. I want to show investors how the US market really works: sober, transparent, long-term.
Stay in touch.
Two ways, depending on where you are.
